𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙤𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 – 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙪𝙥 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛!
So last week, my team and I did a thing! We hit the 2nd of 5 ranks in the company (12K), and I couldn’t be more proud. Over $12,000 in sales in just 30 short days!!🎉 This team knows how to show up EVERY.SINGLE.DAY, support one another, and their focus is always on helping others to change their lives and be the best versions of themselves. For that, I am grateful, thankful, and so PROUD!
So, you’re probably thinking….what in the heck does 12K mean? Well let me fill you in. 12K is the 2nd rank in the company, and that means you did $12,000 in sales in a single month. TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS IN ONE MONTH! Ya’ll, that is A LOT of lives changed in a short amount of time. When you hit 12K, you get an $800 a month auto bonus and increased commissions. Let me remind you, this is just the 2nd rank in company, and they are already knocking out the second highest bill in the average household.
So for those of you who know me personally, or have been following my blogging journey over the last few years, you already know my story. You know this isn’t my first rodeo with a side hustle or personal business ventures. So to those past ventures, I want to say this: THANK YOU! Thank you to all the side gigs and hustles that came before this one. Thanks for letting me fall flat on my face time and time again, because had it not been for those failures, I would not be able to receive the blessings of success that I am now.
My Tribe
I had a call with my team yesterday, and I got a feeling that I’ve never experienced before. In one single moment today, I felt like I was called to do more. Coach, mentor and lead others to realize their fullest potential. To help them on their personal journeys and to serve value to others in ways I had never thought imaginable. Today I realized that I have a tribe who is at the starting blocks and ready to take off (for those of you who went to school with me, you know I had to revert back to my track and field days with that one! Ha). But they are hungry, eager, open-minded, laser focused, but most importantly, their hearts are open to serve others.
They’ve realized the power of getting outside of your comfort zone, saying yes to the unknown, and opening their minds to change. When you decide to put yourself first, it’s amazing how you are better able to serve others. When that mindset shift happens……the world better watch out! We can move mountains, and sisters, I’m up for the challenge! LET’S GO!
