My favorite notifications lately? THESE RIGHT HERE. 😭👏🏽🖤

Listen, I can talk about my own wellness journey ALL DAY LONG, but when my phone starts lighting up with messages from customers sharing their experiences? THAT’S A WHOLE DIFFERENT KIND OF EXCITEMENT! 🔥

The nervous first-timers realizing the process wasn’t nearly as intimidating as they expected.

The customers celebrating their weight-loss milestones.

The messages about feeling better, having more energy, and noticing changes they’re genuinely excited about.

And yes…apparently some of y’all are going to need a new wardrobe. 😂🛍️

THIS is why I love what I do.

Not just sharing products, but being someone my customers can ask questions, lean on for accountability, and celebrate their wins with.

Because behind every one of these messages is a REAL person with REAL goals. And getting to cheer them on? That’s the good stuff.

Curious about my supplement and peptide journey or what my customers are sharing? 💌 Comment “READY” or send me a DM. I’m happy to share my experience, answer questions about the process, and help you identify what products would be best for YOU! 🫶🏾

Justin: “Babe, you look really small today..”

Me: “really? you think? 👀 Do I look ok?”

Justin: “You’ve always looked great, but you look really good! I’m proud of you!”

Me: “☺️😚 oh stooooop…..but no keep going!” ha!

LISTEN! If I don’t stick to my upgraded wellness routine for any other reason, I’m going to stick to it for my damn self-esteem and the renewed sense of confidence it has given me!

Unless you’ve personally experienced it, you just won’t understand. But being a woman and turning 40 is NOT, I repeat, is NOT for the weak! Your body changes in ways you never even imagined, and with that comes being discouraged and extremely hard on yourself when the reflection in the mirror isn’t what you had been use to for the prior 39 years!

So today, I’m celebrating the fact that I got out of my own way and made the decision to get back to ME! Heck, ya’ll just might see me come out of retirement and sign up to run another marathon! 😂🎉 Who’s joining me?!? Any takers👀👀

Happy Monday Friends! Don’t forget to go be great today! 💪🏽

Every time someone asks me about my peptide journey and says, “But I’m still on the fence…” 👀

My response? BABY, I LIVED ON THAT FENCE FOR ALMOST A YEAR! 😂👏🏽

I questioned everything. Overthought everything. And talked myself out of even exploring my options more times than I can count.

But here’s what I’ve learned and what I now tell everyone to else……Give yourself 3 MONTHS.

Not just 3 months on peptides. Three months of getting serious about YOU. LOCK IN. 🔒 Your nutrition. Your water. Your movement. Your consistency. And give yourself a real opportunity to see what changes.

Because 3 months are going to pass whether you do something differently or not. 👏🏽

I’m almost 17 pounds down, feeling more like myself again, and STILL working toward my goals! 🖤

And trust me…I’m glad I finally stopped letting fear make my decisions.

🔥 Curious about my peptide journey and what I’ve changed? Comment “READY” or DM me “READY” and I’ll share my experience and current wellness routine!

FOLLOW for more real-life wellness, perimenopause, and weight-loss journey updates from a woman navigating her 40s right along with you!

Plot twist: the girl who said “ABSOLUTELY NOT” for almost a year…finally tried it. 😂🌶️

And if you know me, you know I researched, questioned, overthought and probably annoyed everybody with 947 questions first. 😂

But eventually I realized something: Being skeptical is fine. Staying uninformed because you’re skeptical is different.

So, after talking with my provider, I decided to try a medically supervised microdose as one part of a bigger wellness routine—nutrition, movement, hydration, supplementation and consistency included.

And 11 weeks later? 16 lbs down and, beyond the scale, I’m feeling more like myself again. 🙌🏾

Do I wish I had started sooner? Girl…YES.
But apparently I needed all 947 questions answered first.😂😂

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines because you have questions too, ASK THEM.

🌶️ Comment “PEPPER” and I’ll share more about my experience and what I changed in my overall wellness routine.

And FOLLOW if you’re navigating wellness, weight changes and all that comes with perimenopause after 40 right along with me. 🖤

(My experience is personal; results vary.)

Apparently I had my 40s ALL wrong. 😂👏🏽 I@really thought this was just…it.

The weight gain.
The inflammation.
The clothes fitting too tight.
The energy changes.
And looking in the mirror thinking, “Well damn…is this what we’re doing now?” 🥴😂

Then I decided I wasn’t spending the rest of my 40s simply accepting a version of myself I didn’t feel good in.

So I changed some things.
Got serious about my wellness.
Stayed consistent.
And stopped talking myself out of trying something different.

16 pounds later just over the last 11 weeks……And I’m not even finished.

This chapter isn’t about trying to look 25 again. It’s about becoming the healthiest, strongest, most confident version of ME at THIS age. And apparently……what I’m doing is working!!

If you’re in your 40s thinking, “I just want to feel like myself again,” I got you!

👇🏽 Comment “READY” and I’ll share what I changed and what my current wellness routine looks like.

And FOLLOW because this little midlife plot twist is just getting started. 😂🖤
