Happy Monday Ya’ll! I hope everyone had a great and relaxing weekend! The weekend went by so fast over here, that I don’t feel like we got much of anything done.
As much as I love fashion, beauty products are a sweet spot for me too! I love makeup just as much as I love skincare, and ya’ll know my love for all things skincare. Every new beauty product launch, I’m typically first in line either in-store or online. There is just something about being able to create so many different looks. You know the saying, “when you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you do good!”

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation – Talk about a holy grail product. If you like full coverage, then this foundation is your best friend. It gives you a flawless full coverage matte look, that to me is your skin but better! This has been a ride or die, cult favorite foundation for years. I highly recommend this to be a staple in everyones collection.
Patrick’s Powder – Now, I know I may offend some folks when I make this next statement, but until you have actually tried and compared them both, you should just take my word for it. I have been a ride or die for Laura Mercier’s Translucent Setting powder for YEARS! Well, that was until Patrick
Jouer Cosmetics Powder Highlighter – If you saw my highlighter declutter video, then you know this is one that I reach for almost every day. There are some others that I work in the rotation, but this one never fails me. Jouer makes awesome highlighters. They last forever, don’t break the bank, and the packaging is super chic!
Lorac Alter Ego Lip Gloss – This lip gloss has been a staple of mine for about the last 5 years. I first discovered it on a random shopping trip to Kohls, which by the way has come a long way. My local Kohls has quite the selection of cosmetic and beauty products now. Lorac is normally known for their creamy, and highly pigmented eyeshadows, but this lip gloss collection is definitely worth the splurge too!
Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara – I don’t think I could do a makeup post and not include this mascara. It’s been one of the best selling mascaras for almost 20 years. So it’s only natural that I include it in my round up. If you want fuller, yet naturally looks lashes that look fab all day long, this is your go-to!
Try Something New
Ok guys, I hope you like this new series, and along the way you discover some new products that you’ve never heard of before, or just never tried before. I would never recommend any products that I have never personally tried or that I didn’t absolutely love! So rest assured, that I have put all of these products to the test, and only put my seal of approval on the best!
