You’re Either All In, or On Your Way Out

TGIF Friday! Happy Friday! We’ve done it. We made it through yet another week! It’s so hard to believe we are in our second week of February already. I don’t know if my life is really this busy or if time is just flying by regardless. Apart of me loves it because I have so many exciting things coming up this year, but it also makes me sad. With each passing day, that means I’m getting older, my parents are getting older, my nephews are growing up. It all makes me sad. BUT, that’s also why I hustle so hard, so I can give them the best life possible and have the most amazing experiences with them! So let’s wipe those tears and get down to business today!

It’s Okay to Ask Questions

Let me first start by saying, I absolutely LOVE this industry. I don’t see any point and time where I will NOT be affiliated with a company and amazing products. If I love a product, I want to share it with others; and in return, I want to be compensated by the company for bringing awareness to their brand and their amazing products. Its really just that simple for me. The things I have been able to accomplish and experience in this industry, are memories I will take with me forever, and I am so appreciative. But friends, this is really just the beginning. I’m just getting started, as I have a whole new vision and purpose, and I’m just here to share it with each one of you.

Every single day, I have people asking me questions like:

• “What exactly is it that you do?”
• “Do you really make money working from your laptop and your phone?”
• “Do you really use the products you sell?”
• “Why did you decide to partner with Modere?”
• “I want to try but do I have to build a team and recruit people?”
• “Can I do this part-time?”
• “How much money can I make?”

Literally, the list goes on and on! And trust me, I LOVE IT ALL! Ask me all the questions. I’m an open book when it comes to this business and industry because I think overall it gets a bad wrap. So many people have a negative perception of this industry because of the saying “One bad apple spoils the bunch!” That applies to both people and businesses. I try my hardest to educate people on the value of this industry and the importance of doing your due diligence to try and partner with the best. The best company, with the best product, leaders, community, and a compensation plan that will make it all worth your time.

I have been fortunate enough to have partnered with a few different companies over the years. I’m thankful for the experiences because they taught me what to look for and what red flags to look for.

Is Network Marketing / Social Retail a Good Fit for You

When it comes to considering Network Marketing for your next career move, or simply just a new stream of income; here are some things to consider: (full explanation of each are in the below youtube video)

1. Take note of why the industry of network marketing is a smart choice, especially if tackling the world of entrepreneurship is something that is on your bucket list. I will be a fan of this industry until the day I die. I could talk about this forever, so be sure to check out my video below!
2. Alignment! I can’t stress this one enough. Take it from me……DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! Make sure you do your research and try to understand the company, product lines, and leaders as much as possible before joining. I say this because not all opportunities are equal, and not everyone is for you. It’s that simple!
3. Compensation Plan. Look over the compensation plan and make sure that it not only is going to pay you for your efforts (in real time), but also make sure it’s something that can benefit more people than just yourself.
4. The Products Matter. Find a company that has products that everyone can use, including yourself. Try them and be a product of the products. You want to be able to speak from real personal experience.
5. Just like with any career, network marketing is hard work. You get out of it what you put in, and to truly be successful, you have to be committed and consistent. I always tell people “You’re either all in, or you’re on your way out!” You can’t be in today, and out tomorrow. Just like a corporate job. You can’t pick and choose when you want to show up for work and expect to get a pay raise, have benefits, or even have a job for that matter! You have to put in the work!
