Happy Gameday Everyone! Well, I’m sure if you’re not either a Kentucky or Louisville, you probably could care less about today, nor do you understand all the hype surrounding this annual event!
Today is the Kentucky vs Louisville basketball game! An annual meeting that has been taking place for over 50 years. This instate rivalry is one of the biggest to exist today. It is the most passionate and intense rivalry in all of the NCAA. The amount of Kentucky and Louisville fans that span the US is absolutely insane!
For me personally, living in Louisville and being a Kentucky fan can be a bit tricky at times (only when going out to watch the game on tv somewhere), but most of the time, when you look around, there are probably more UK fans here than Louisville. What’s even crazier is that you can find UK apparel and accessories all around the Louisville area in various shops and stores, BUT trying to find Louisville items in Lexington is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!
