Must Have Hair Care Items

One thing that I get asked often is “how do you get your hair so straight?” OR “what kind of flat iron do you use?” My natural hair can be kinky, curly, and somewhat coarse at times, therefore when I want to wear my hair straight, I want it bone straight. So over the years I have tried what feels like a million different products and tools to finally figure out what works best with my hair in order to achieve my desired straight look.

I do believe that you should use quality products on your hair, but I also believe that results are achieved through both good haircare products AND tools.  So here are some of my favorites that I use in order to get my straight looks (keep in mind, these are the products and tools I use when doing my own hair at home, not what my professional stylist Shona Casey uses on me. My Favorite Haircare Products
