Hey Friends! Happy Friday! I hope you guys didn’t miss me too much last week. I took the week off to get caught up on some other things, but I’m back today with one of my favorite “OG” type of posts: an updated makeup routine!

If you’ve been around my blog and youtube channel since the beginning, then you would know that all of this started from my love of skincare and makeup. I use to always share new and exciting product launches, tutorials, and reviews. I then discovered some amazing products that turned into my holy grail staples, so then I slowed down in sharing new things. Well today I’m sharing with you all some exciting new products I’ve recently incorporated into my routine, and I they are so good that I know you will want to try them as well.

First Things First

You all know I always so that “Your makeup will only look as good as the skin underneath it.” So that means, your skincare routine is just as important as your makeup. I have tried just about everything out there, from high-end to drugstore, and to date, NOTHING has compared to the clean Cellproof Skincare line from Modere. I have been using this line for the last 8 months, and it has done wonders for me. There isn’t a day that goes by that I do not receive a compliment from someone on my skin.

The improved texture, suppleness, firmness, and that amazing glow from within look is absolutely mind-blowing, and others are noticing too. So with that, you will never hear or see me share any other skincare line than this one here: (note, this is the full Cellproof line, and the products I use from it, but skincare is very personal, so you may not need to use all of the same products I do. But that’s where I come into play, and can help you decide on a custom routine!)

Eye Makeup Remover – Use this for getting rid of your eye makeup: mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, and brow makeup.

Double Cleanser – This double cleanser is great for those that wear make-up. We all know that makeup wipes are bad for your face, so this eliminates the need for them. Add a few pumps of this oil to your face and rub it in to break up all of the makeup and dirt. Then add a few drops of water and watch it lather up to cleanse your face. Then rinse off with lukewarm water with a facial towel.

Infusion Mask – Using some kind of mask 2-3 times a week is key to your skincare routine. This mask is an infusion mask. You rub it onto your face and in a matter of seconds, you can literally FEEL it working. It turns white, then bubbles up and turns clear and leaves a serum on your face. You let that sink into your skin for 3-5 minutes, and then rinse off with lukewarm water.

Serum – I use this morning and night and the way this single product has transformed the texture of my skin is amazing. If you need tone, texture, suppleness, and something to help fill in those fine lines and wrinkles, this is your new best friend.

Booster – Retinol is all the rage for those that are fully committed to taking care of their skin, but retinol can be extremely harsh. Regular retinol is chemical based, therefore not ideal for every use, and you should only use them during certain times of the year. This Booster is plant-based, therefore gentle enough for everyday use, up to twice a day!

Eye Cream – This one for me is one that I’m not totally in love with at the moment. I plan to try the dual-action eye serum next once I finish this one, but so far, I haven’t seen any major results with this one. Stay tuned

Moisturizer – Hands down, the best moisturizer I have used in years. From the performance of the actual cream to the design of the zero-waste bottle. This moisturizer does everything it claims and more. Don’t question this one, just get it!

Wrinkle Guard – This is another product I’m not 100% in love with yet. I have another facial oil that I’m currently obsessed with (see it HERE) but this one is fine to use if I need an oil and am out of my other.

Now on to the Good Stuff

If you’re like me, you may have this crazy weird obsession with make-up. It’s just something about the power of makeup that just really sets my soul on fire. There are endless looks and possibilities when you use makeup, and I love that you can figure out more ways to be comfortable in your skin.

But what excites me the most is when you finally nail down a skincare routine that works for you, and then you find a makeup brand that infuses their cosmetics with skincare-grade ingredients. So let me introduce you all to my new favorite makeup line
