January 2019 Boxycharm + Giveaway

Happy Saturday Ya’ll!! I hope you are all staying warm! We are currently under a winter weather advisory here in Kentucky, and we are expecting our first real snow of the winter season! And yes I used an exclamation mark because I’m super excited! I just love the snow!!

Coming back from vacation, I had my content all planned out, but then I checked my mailbox, and my January Boxycharm was waiting for me. My Boxycharm subscription as you all know, is one of my absolute favorite subscription services. You get 5-6 full size products each month that retail for over $120, and all you have to pay is $21 a month! What sets them apart from the other services out there is that they actually give you bigger, well-known brand named products each month. A lot of services only provide you with products from indie brands, and the products you receive are only travel and/or trial size.

So as you can see, this months box was pretty good. 3 out of 5 isn’t bad, at least not in my opinion! I’m definitely using the Tatcha Sheet Masks, the OFRA liquid lipstick, and the BDB pencil. As for the remaining two items, the hair products I never really use. I have natural transitioning hair at the moment, and I’m pretty strict about the products I do use. I don’t stray too far from my holy grail hair products. And for the star of this months Box is the Tarte Eyeshadow Palette. If you’ve been following me for a while, then you know about my feelings towards Tarte Cosmetics.
